We are ISO 9001:2000 certified and the ISO Quality Committee meets bi-monthly. The Management Representative reviews quality performance reports, external and internal quality audit findings with members from various sites. Quality improvement activities include inter-departmental cross audits, corrective and preventive action plan, customer monitoring plans and etc. in maintaining our standards of customer service.
